软骨修复（生物补片和软骨细胞移植技术）
Overview（概述）
Thistechniqueisdesignedtotreatandrepaircartilagedefectsbyregeneratingthepatientsowncartilagecells.
这项技术通过使患者自己的关节软骨细胞再生来治疗和修复关节软骨的缺损。
KneeExamined（检查膝关节）
Afterthepatientisanesthetized,asmallincisionismadeintheknee.Thesurgeonusesanarthroscopetoinspectthejointforsignsofdamage.
病人麻醉后，在膝关节作一个小切口，术者使用关节镜检查损伤的情况。
SampleRemoved（取下标本）
Ifadefectisfound,thesurgeonremovesasmallsampleofhealthycartilagefromanonweight-bearingregionoftheknee.
如果发现有软骨缺损，术者从膝关节的非承重区取少量的健康软骨。
CellsCultured（细胞培养）
ThesampleissenttotheGenzymelaboratory,whereitisstimulatedtoproduceapproximately12millionsimilarcells.Theprocess,calledcellculturing,takesaboutfourtofiveweeks.Once 将标本送到“健赞”实验室，经过刺激后，产生大约12，，个相似的细胞。这一过程，称为细胞培养，大约需要4~5周。一旦完成，新的细胞就送回给术者。
DiseasedCartilageRemoved（去除病变软骨）
Thesurgeonnowperformsasecondsurgerytoimplantthenewcartilagecells.First,thesurgeonremovesthekneesdamagedordiseasedcartilage,alongwithanyloosetissue.
接下来术者再次做手术，来植入新的软骨细胞。首先，术者将膝关节受损或病变的软骨以及松弛的组织去除。
PatchSewn（缝合补片）
Abiologicpatchmadefromcollagenissewnovertheareawherethediseasedordamagedcartilagewasremoved.
在去除了病变受损的软骨处缝上胶元蛋白制成的生物补片。
CellsImplanted（植入细胞）
Theculturedcellsareimplantedbeneaththepatchthroughathinneedle.
用一枚细针，将培养好的细胞植入到补片的下方。
EndofProcedure（手术结束）
Overtime,theculturedcellswilladheretothedamagedarea,forminganewlayerofweight-bearingcartilagetissue.
过段时间，培养的细胞会粘附至受损区域，形成一层新的能承重的软骨组织。
